THE MODERATING EFFECT OF SELF - REGULATION ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PUBLIC SERVICE MOTIVATION AND WELL - BEING OF PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE PERSONNEL

The purpose of this study was to determine the moderating effect self-regulation on relationship between public service motivation and well-being Philippine National Police Personnel among three major cities in DavaoProvince situated at Region XI. A validated questionnaire used gathering data from 400 police personnel region. Correlational research design employed using hierarchical regression modgraph. result revealed that has no significant involved study. who have higher lower level demonstrated same degree as being influenced by motivation. Although not proven, separately are important contributors well-being.
